Andrea Bravo is an AR/MR/VR expert with a Ph.D. in Responsible Innovation from DTU – The Technical University of Denmark. She is currently collaborating with Professor Hiroshi Ishii at MIT Media Lab.
She comes from the advertising, branding, and fashion industries (Ogilvy, Chanel, Chloé) in Paris and Barcelona, where she worked for 5 years before taking a radical new direction: research in AR/VR/MR. An arts-science collaboration in which she merged human data with her creative work sparked this change and directed her career towards responsible innovation.
Her unique skillset bridges from creativity and arts to research and engineering. Skilled at framing the product vision and understanding how to present information and data in AR/MR/VR. Experienced in understanding human/user behavior and motivations within AR/VR/MR to drive product innovation with a responsible and ethical approach. Passionate about participating in cutting-edge innovation and shaping connections between people using technology.
