The Research Group on Arts and Digital Media (GIAMD) analyses cultural manifestations in their relationship with digital media and technology, both as means of communication and as a field with its own particularities and challenges.

Based in Lima, Peru, the group is open to foster synergy of knowledge and resources, and also invigorate academic and professional relationships among countries, continents, and cultures. The group has special ties to Germany due to nationality and studies of its members.
