Hiermit möchten wir Euch zu unserer Mitgliederversammlung einladen, die am 19. Juni  von 17 bis 19 Uhr in Präsenz stattfindet. Die Versammlung findet in Berlin statt, der genaue Ort wird noch bekannt gegeben.
Sollte bei dieser Versammlung die Beschlussfähigkeit nicht gegeben sein, werden wir den weiteren Termin am 23. Juni von 17 bis 19 Uhr ansetzen, der auf jeden Fall beschlussfähig sein wird. Die Einladung zu diesem Termin habt Ihr bereits erhalten. Anders als zuvor angekündigt, sind wir verpflichtet, beide Termine in Präsenz durchzuführen.

Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass die Mitgliederversammlung beschlussfähig ist, wenn mindestens die Hälfte der verfügbaren Stimmen anwesend oder vertreten ist. Sollte diese Anzahl am 19. Juni nicht erreicht werden, werden wir bei der zweiten Mitgliederversammlung am 23. Juni einberufen, die ohne Rücksicht auf die Zahl der erschienenen oder vertretenen Mitglieder beschlussfähig ist.

Wir hoffen auf eine zahlreiche Teilnahme (insbesondere am 19.Juni) und freuen uns auf eine erfolgreiche Versammlung!

Folgende Tagesordnung schlagen wir vor:

Top 1: Eröffnung und Begrüßung
Top 2: Bericht des Vorstandes
Top 3:  Antrag auf Satzungsänderung im Zuge der Beantragung der Gemeinnützigkeit
Top 4: Vorstandswahl

We invite you to our general meeting, which will take place on June 19 from 5 pm to 7 pm (CEST) in person. The meeting will take place in Berlin, the exact location will be announced soon.
If there is no quorum at this meeting, we will set the next date on June 23 from 5 pm to 7 pm (CEST), which will definitely have a quorum. You have already received the invitation to this appointment. Contrary to what was previously announced, we are obliged to hold both appointments in person.

We would like to point out that the general meeting has a quorum if at least half of the available votes are present or represented. If this number is not reached by June 19, we will convene the second general meeting on June 23, which has a quorum regardless of the number of members present or represented.

We hope for a large participation (especially on June 19) and look forward to a successful meeting!

Top 3: Application for amendment of the articles of association in the course of applying for non-profit status
